«11 Mirrors» is the first and only Design Hotel in Ukraine, it is located in the heart of business, cultural and historical Kyiv, just a few steps from the National Opera and the Volodymyr Cathedral, the best restaurants and shops of the city.

The hotel staff conducted an excursion, in which they talked about the hotel's 49 rooms, showed the rooms of different categories from Incognito Superior Room to Lifestyle Executive Suite, as well as a restaurant. Students were able to learn about the specifics of the hotel staff, ranging from maids to the management, as well as hotel history, its development strategy and the concept.
