Erasmus Mundus

In the end of 2011 «KROK» University received the Erasmus Mundus Grant. It was granted for the participation in a project «Erasmus Mundus Partnership for Belarus, Ukraine and Moldova». The project coordinator was the Mykolas Romeris University. The project lasted until October 2015.

Four-year project included the Executive Committee of the European Commission for Education Issues, Audiovisual Means and Culture (ЕАСЕА) and 21 higher educational institutions, including universities in Austria, Belarus, Italy, Latvia, Moldova, Spain, Hungary, Slovakia, Ukraine and United Kingdom. The project aimed to strengthen cooperation in academic, cultural and economic spheres between the European and Eastern European regions. In general, 17 universities and 4 associated partners were involved.

From Ukrainian side the following universities took part in the project: Kyiv National Taras Shevchenko University, Kyiv National Trade and Economic University, Chernivtsi National University by Yuriy Fedkovych and «KROK» University, as an associate partner - Luhansk National Taras Shevchenko University.

The International Educational Projects Centre from «KROK» University was grant receiver. The coordination work was implemented by International Office.

The Grant gave an opportunity for Bachelor or Master students to study at leading European universities with scholarship guaranteed.

«KROK» University was given following options:

for Bachelors:

  • 4 places – 5 months duration
  • 3 places – 10 months duration

for Masters:

  • 4 places – 10 months duration

Moreover, the Grant was available for 2 postgraduate students and 2 staff representatives to get the opportunity of training at European universities.
