Mobility and Exchange Programs

For outgoing students

«KROK» University students, who have English language proficiency of Upper Intermediate level (B2) or higher, which will let them follow the lectures in English and pass the exams, have the opportunity to participate in exchange programs and spend an academic semester in partner educational institution.

Selection of students is conducted twice a year (end of April, end of October) and includes:

• English language test or International Language Proficiency Certificate (IELTS, TOEFL, LCCI etc);
• Motivation letter;
• Interview with Selection Committee.

The students can also take part in summer and winter schools offered by our partners in Poland, Germany, Italy, etc. The students can also participate in academic and educational tours to Italy, Poland, the Netherlands, Austria and get acquainted with the history, culture, traditions of other countries, fulfilling the cross-cultural component of the curricula.

Participation in the exchange programs and study abroad can be incredible academic, professional and personal experience. Students have the opportunity to travel, learn another culture, people and their way of life and learn the academic life of another institution. During the exchange, students gain new skills, implement ideas and find new friends! Exchange also gives the opportunity to improve CV, expand employment opportunities and make oneself attractive candidate for any job - employers appreciate international experience and such qualities as independence, self-motivation and the ability to overcome challenges.

For incoming students

The international student will be admitted without having to pay fees if he/she intends to study at the University within the framework of an exchange program (e.g. Erasmus or others) or if he/she is taking part in any other officially recognized student exchange agreement between «KROK» University and his/her home university. Such student is called an EXCHANGE STUDENT.

Autumn semester: from 29 August, 2022 to 18 December, 2022
Date of arrival: 25-31 August, 2022
Lectures: from 29 August, 2022 to 4 December, 2022
Examinations: from 5 December, 2022 to 18 December, 2022
Christmas holiday: from 19 December, 2022 to 15 January 2023
