Dear Sir! I'm Barrie from Sierra Leone! I'm interested in the Masters program in international economic relations for the spring semester. Upon getting an invitation, where exactly do i take my documents for visa and the like? As it stands, there is no Ukrainian embassy here in Sierra Leone.
