The Ukrainian Department of the International Coach Federation held a series of events under entitled «Coaching culture influences. How to accelerate changes and create sustainable results in business and organizations?».

In addition, they jointly realized the dream of Larysa Homans, ICF-Ukraine President and released useful and necessary initiations «One Book Matters». ICF coaches put together a library of professional literature. These are bestselling books on coaching, management, leadership, personal development and effective learning. The collection was transferred to «KROK» University and Kyiv Business Lyceum for using in the instruction of future psychologists, professional development and personal development of educators.

The students sincerely thanked the whole community for such an intellectual gift! Iryna Synhaivska expressed her wish for further cooperation with ICF Ukraine, after which they discussed together the possibilities of introducing coaching modules in the educational process of study program «Organizational Psychology».
