«KROK» University was represented by: Anastasia Yakymenko, career consultant of Career Development Center, professional coach, Oleksandr Karlov, Director of Career Development Center, Nelia Momot, Deputy Head of International Relations and Journalism Department.

The study visit lasted from 25 to 29 October 2021. WSB University is a group of state-recognized private universities in Poland. WSB University has about 15,000 students, about 2,000 of whom are international students from around the world. During the study visit, participants learned the experience of implementing dual education models at WSB University. Namely, colleagues shared how the University cooperates with business in terms of student employment, what procedures exist in the implementation of projects with a dual form of education.

It was interesting to learn how the Student Career Development Office of the University works, because «KROK» University also has Career Development Center. The students of the dual education program in the field of logistics were invited to the meeting, they told how they combine studying at the University and work, how employers treat their schedule, what pros and cons they see for themselves in this form of education.

On behalf of «KROK» University team, we thank our colleagues from WSB University for organizing the study visit, we received more than we expected for further cooperation between the Universities to implement dual education programs in Ukraine.
