From October 28 to December 1, 2024, the final partner meeting of Erasmus+ Project “International Students Adaptation and Integration / INTERADIS” (619451-EPP-1-2020-1-NL-EPPKA2-CBHE-JP) was held at the Netherlands Business Academy, in the Netherlands.
The KROK University team was represented by:
- Andrii Lotariev – Director of Educational and Scientific Institute of International Education;
- Anna Drobyna – Head of International Office;
- Maryna Skalatska – Project Manager of International Office;
- Halyna Bohachenko – Director of International Project Office.
Throughout the event, partners reviewed the key results and achievements of the project over the past four years, sharing memories and reflecting on impactful moments. They summarized project outcomes, discussed strategies for implementing initiatives beyond the funding period, and laid the groundwork for sustaining project gains and launching new initiatives.
A key focus was on the presentation of final reporting requirements, covering responsibilities, timelines, documentation, and financial reporting. Additionally, participants worked in groups to assess the project’s most significant outcomes.
One of the highlights of the event was the presentation of the "Collection of the best practices for INTERADIS project partners in adaptation and integration of international students” which provides an overview of the project’s objectives, major achievements, and transformations realized over the four-year span.
Another milestone was the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding among consortium members, affirming their commitment to future collaboration. In light of the success of the INTERADIS Project, partners expressed mutual interest in continuing and expanding cooperation in training, research, and capacity building to foster internationalization, raise educational standards, and support innovation within higher education institutions.
A special guest of the event, Oksana Oliinyk – Director of the Ukrainian School in Dordrecht, participant in the MEDIATS Project and an alumna of KROK University's Master's Program in Mediation and Conflict Resolution – shared her insights into the growth of the international student community in Dordrecht and led several workshops.
