«The Focus» magazine took a simple idea as a ranking basis: to investigate the chances of a graduate of this or that higher educational institution to occupy a position in the prestigious company. Leading companies from different spheres (finance, IT, law, energy industry and so on) in which employment is an excellent beginning of the career for the graduate participated in the poll. Among them there are: «Interpipe», Group DF, «Metinvest Group», DTEK, DTEK «Oil&Gas», National Joint Stock Company «Naftogaz of Ukraine», Ukrenergo, Zaporizhstal, UkrAVTO Corporation, «AWT Bavaria», Fozzy Group, «Nova Poshta», PrivatBank, OschadBank, UkrsotsBank, KredoBank, OTP Bank, «AXA Group», Concorde Capital, «Samsung Ukraine», Luxoft, EVO, «Data Group», ISACA Kyiv Chapter, AEQUO, KPMG and so on.

The offered ranking is not a full-fledged research of the quality of education in educational institutions of Ukraine. It shows the opinion of employers on this or that HEI.

As for «KROK» University itself, the direct interaction between students (graduates) and employers is monitored by the Career Development Center, which successfully has already been functioning for more than 10 years.
