This year the award was given to the well-known Ukrainian artist and scientist, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine, Doctor of Political Sciences, Professor, Vice-Rector for International Relations of «KROK» University Dmytro Tkach «Pro Cultura Hungarica» is awarded for a significant contribution to the enrichment of cultural ties between Ukraine and other states.
