From December 9 to December 13, 2025, 33 representatives of KROK University took part in a study visit to the Netherlands Business Academy. The mobility was organized as part of the international academic cooperation between KROK University and the Netherlands Business Academy and supported by Erasmus+.

During the program, participants attended an intensive training focused on leadership, negotiations, and conflict resolution. In addition to the training sessions, the program included a range of academic and cultural activities, such as a visit to Delft University of Technology, a guided tour of the city of Breda, and a practical workshop on the development of cross-cultural communication skills held in Amsterdam.

Upon completion of the program, all participants received certificates confirming successful completion of the training.

We are thankful to the Netherlands Business Academy and Erasmus + for such a great possibility, and the participants for being active supporting all initiatives. To be continued…

On October 23, 2025, a selection of students for mobility programs with European Higher Educational Institutions was held at “KROK” University.

The selection committee included: Andrii Lotariev, Vice-Rector for Science, Anna Drobyna, Head of International Office, Maryna Skalatska, Project Manager of International Office, Iryna Savchuk, Student Affairs Manager of the Student Office, Anastasiia Mamchych, representative of the Student Council.

This time, applicants were offered the universities in Austria, Poland, Italy, Spain and Belgium. The selection of applicants consisted of three stages, namely:

• a motivation letter;

• English test at level B2;

• interview with the selection committee.

The selection results will be available in the group KROK_Exchange on Facebook.

On October 21, at the invitation of the Educational and Scientific Institute of International Education of «KROK» University, a workshop on personal leadership and self-management took place.

The speaker of the event was Prof. Jan van Zwieten, Rector of the Netherlands Business Academy (Breda, the Netherlands).

The participants included high school students from Kyiv Business Lyceum, students of the Professional College, and undergraduate students of «KROK» University. During the interactive workshop, young participants received practical advice on developing leadership skills, effectively managing their personal resources, and improving their soft skills through open dialogue with an international expert.
