The selection committee was composed of: A. Lotariev, Head of International Office, N. Kakhuta, Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Entrepreneurship, N. Litvin, Vice-Rector for Scientific and Pedagogical Work (Educational Work), I. Balykin, Acting Deputy Director of the Department of Theory and History of State and Law, A. Amelchenko, Students’ Office Manager, A. Drobyna, Project Manager, L. Kostenko, K. Bilukha, representatives of the Student Council of the University. Students had an opportunity to choose partner universities from the Netherlands, Poland, Hungary, Lithuania, Latvia, Italy, Spain, Germany and Turkey.
By decision of the Selection Committee (Minute#5 of 26.04.2019) the following people were nominated for participation in exchange programs with the scholarship awarded:

To participate in exchange programs without a scholarship, it is decided to nominate the following students:
