The seminar is devoted to the formation of practical skills of investment management in the real estate market. The participants of the seminar were Master and Bachelor students majoring in «051 Economics» and «076 Business, Trade and Exchange Activities». The students of College of «KROK» University joined the seminar.

The seminar was attended by representatives of seven real estate agencies and lecturers of Theoretical and Applied Economics Department. In total, 55 people took part in the seminar, 37 of them joined the seminar online. At the seminar the speakers (trainers) were well-known in the professional environment of real estate agents:

A.Topal, Head of the Public Union «Association of Real Estate Specialists (Realtors) of Ukraine», a of member of «International Association of Estate Specialists», senior lecturer at Theoretical and Applied Economics Department of «KROK» University.

A. Bondarenko, realtor, member of «Association of Real Estate Specialists (Realtors) of Ukraine», member of «International Association of Estate Specialists», Master, graduate of Theoretical and Applied Economics Department of «KROK» University majoring in «076 Business, Trade and Exchange Activities» in 2021.

All participants of the seminar received a certificate certifying the acquisition of new competencies.
