«KROK» University was presented by the team of International Office:

- Yuliia Khriienko, Project Manager;
- Oleksandra Horbachenko, Administration Manager;
- Anastasiia Shepelia, Project Manager;
- Maryna Yevchenko, Administration Manager;
- Halyna Bohachenko, Project Manager.
The participants of the Training were treated as International students and experienced the welcome practices on themselves. The program focused on different aspects of Personality, Communication, methods of work with involvement of very experienced and famous trainers of NLBA. Different aspects of work with international students were discussed with Marketing and Administration departments, international students themselves.
Moreover, the following topics were covered during the Training - Study Visit:
- «Personality analyses. Behaviour. Character» by Prof Jan van Zwieten RA, RI, RO, Rector of the Netherlands Business Academy, entrepreneur, mediator, commissioner, author, advisor, coach, trainer.
- «Negotiation & Conflict management» by Gea van Klompenburg, experienced mediator specialising in family – court and criminal case mediations. Olena Parkhomenko, associate professor of Karazin Business School, member of Erasmus+ CBHE project «Mediation: Training and Society Transformation», MEDIATS was involved to present basics of mediation.
- «Culture & citizenship. Strategy of Internationalization of Universities» by Dr. Steve Austin, experienced pioneer in arts and entrepreneurship in Europe and director MBA CHC and Farid Tabarki, columnist FD, trend watcher and essayist. Steve Austin also presented best practices of another Erasmus+ project «European Citizenship, Heritage and Culture» 2017-2020, coordinated by NLBA.
- «City strategy on internationalization» by Peter Heijkoop, Vice-Mayor of Dordrecht.
- «Action research» by Tonnie van der Zouwen PhD, expert concerning effective use of Large Scale Interventions.
- «The true Talent Game» by Tara Dik, performance coach and trainer.
