The delegation included Zhou Sheng, Party Committee Secretary, Professor, Doctor of Sciences, Xu Debin, Head of Admission Office, Hua Jun, Head of Personnel Department of Yangzhou Polytechnic College, Kong Jin, Dean of the Faculty of Arts, Bai Guangcai, Director of Institute for International Relations, Kong Weijia, Deputy Head of Foreign Affairs Office of Yangzhou national government. At the meeting, «KROK» University was represented by Sergii Laptiev, Rector of the University, Dmytro Tkach, Vice-Rector for International Relations, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine, and Oksana Serdiuk, Projects and Programs Manager of International Office.

During the bilateral negotiations, the possibility of language training for students from the People's Republic of China at the Preparatory department of «KROK» University for admission to higher educational institutions of Ukraine, as well as students and teaching mobility programs implementation were discussed.
