The conference was attended by scientists and practitioners from different regions of Ukraine, as well as the United States, the Republic of Belarus and Uzbekistan.

The participants’ reports were on substantiation of both theoretical foundations and applied problems of financial policy of regional development, reflection of the role of finance in the condition of decentralization of local self-government bodies, search for effective tools for raising the capitalization of enterprises and innovation and investment development of regions, etc.
