Before the ceremony, Sergii Laptiev, Rector of the University delivered the welcoming speech. He noted that for four years, Abdulkadir Kabiru had persistently mastered the scientific school's author's program, published a collection of academic essays, and successfully completed research on «Configuring Project Portfolios Based on Discounted Cumulative Flows». On the basis of public defense according to the procedure of European universities he obtained the degree of Doctor of Philosophy of «KROK» University.
