The welcoming speeches were made by: Nadiia Vertebna, a member of Group of Ukraine support at the European Commission, Liubov Shchitka, Deputy Head of Department - Head of International Educational Projects Office, Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, Svitlana Shytikova, Director of the EU project "National Tempus Office in Ukraine" ( National Erasmus + Office, NEO), Andrii Kuchko, First Vice-Rector of «KROK» University.

During the event, presentations were made by: Ivanna Atamanchuk, Manager of Mobility Programs, NEO in Ukraine, Kateryna Zhdanova, Manager of Individual Opportunities, NEO in Ukraine, Karina Shabhazyan, Centre for Intellectual Property and Technology Transfer of National Academy of Sciences, Maria Sklodowska-Curie Actions on development of skills, training and career (Horizon 2020 program), Olesia Kompaniiets, Manager of Educational Projects, British Council in Ukraine.

About 120 participants in the first session of the event got to know about open calls, the rules of application and experience of participation of Ukrainian universities in projects of international credit mobility. In the second session, the event was attended by about 140 students, lecturers and administrative staff of higher educational institutions. They received the information about the calls, which are open for Ukraine under the Erasmus + project, and learned the experience of Erasmus Mundus program alumni.
