On March 9, representatives of higher educational institutions of Ukraine had the meeting with Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine to Poland Andrii Deshchytsia at the Embassy of Ukraine and discussed possibilities of development and popularization of Ukrainian higher education in Poland. Later, the delegation took part in the ceremony of laying flowers to the monument to famous Ukrainian Genius - Taras Shevchenko on the occasion of his 203rd anniversary.

On March 10 the ceremony of Ukrainian delegation booth opening was conducted. The round table gathered representatives of Ukrainian and Polish universities to discuss topical issues on education. During the meeting with the President of the Polish foundation «Perspektywy» Mr. Waldemar Sivinski the possibilities of joint educational and research projects were discussed.

International Education Fair was held on March 10-11 at the Palace of Culture and Science in downtown of Warsaw and gathered about 35 thousand pupils, alumni, students and their parents.
