On October 23, 2025, a selection of students for mobility programs with European Higher Educational Institutions was held at “KROK” University.

The selection committee included: Andrii Lotariev, Vice-Rector for Science, Anna Drobyna, Head of International Office, Maryna Skalatska, Project Manager of International Office, Iryna Savchuk, Student Affairs Manager of the Student Office, Anastasiia Mamchych, representative of the Student Council.

This time, applicants were offered the universities in Austria, Poland, Italy, Spain and Belgium. The selection of applicants consisted of three stages, namely:

• a motivation letter;

• English test at level B2;

• interview with the selection committee.

The selection results will be available in the group KROK_Exchange on Facebook.

On October 21, at the invitation of the Educational and Scientific Institute of International Education of «KROK» University, a workshop on personal leadership and self-management took place.

The speaker of the event was Prof. Jan van Zwieten, Rector of the Netherlands Business Academy (Breda, the Netherlands).

The participants included high school students from Kyiv Business Lyceum, students of the Professional College, and undergraduate students of «KROK» University. During the interactive workshop, young participants received practical advice on developing leadership skills, effectively managing their personal resources, and improving their soft skills through open dialogue with an international expert.

We sincerely thank Professor Jan van Zwieten for the inspiration, fresh ideas, and valuable experience, and our students – for their active participation and commitment to personal growth!

On September 23, the traditional each-semester online meeting of the administration with students of English-taught programs took place.

The event was attended by:

• Andrii Lotariev, Vice-Rector for Science, Director of Educational and Scientific Institute of International Education;

• Anna Drobyna, Head of International Office;

• Maryna Skalatska, Project Manager of International Office.

The meeting brought together 2nd-4th year students of the "Management" (English-taught) program.

During the discussion, the following issues were highlighted:

• organization of the educational process in the 2025–2026 academic year;

• results of the examination session of the previous semester;

• key aspects of the assessment system within the program.

Special attention was paid to the importance of students’ participation in surveys conducted by the Department and the Institute, as their feedback is crucial for improving the quality of educational services.

On September 10, Educational and Scientific Institute of International Education and International Business Department held the "Welcome Day 2025" event for first-year students of English-taught programs of “KROK” University.

During the event, students had the opportunity to learn more about the University, the organization of the educational process, services and opportunities offered by the HEI, and get to know each other through the Speed ​​Friending game. The exciting activity of KROK Rally allowed students to get acquainted with the main departments of the University in an interactive way.

The Bachelor’s educational and professional program “Management (English)” has successfully passed the accreditation review. The National Agency for Higher Education Quality Assurance (Ukraine) has confirmed the high quality of training of management specialists by issuing the  Accreditation Certificate on 5 years till 01.07.2030.

This achievement is the result of the comprehensive work of a whole team of like-minded people. The scientific and pedagogical staff involved in the implementation of the educational program are constantly improving their qualifications, updating the content of educational components, and introducing innovative teaching methods. Students demonstrate motivation and a desire for professional growth. Business representatives are actively involved in shaping the practical component of the program. Colleagues from other higher education institutions have made a significant contribution to the improvement of the “Management (English)” educational program by providing valuable suggestions and recommendations in reviews, during round tables dedicated to current trends in the development of management education, and other professional events. Such multilateral cooperation has ensured the creation of an educational product that fully meets the requirements of the modern labor market.

We would like to express our gratitude to the experts of the National Agency for Higher Education Quality Assurance (Ukraine) for their objective assessment and constructive recommendations. The accreditation we have received is not only recognition of our achievements, but also an incentive for further improvement. Our goal remains unchanged — to provide applicants with the best opportunities for professional development and to prepare a new generation of managers who will be able to effectively

January 25, 2025, is a significant day in the history of our Alma Mater, as the Educational and Scientific Firm “KROK”  which became the basis for the creation of our University, celebrates its 36th anniversary since its founding.
